Community development is a pivotal driving force at Susten, and our guiding principle is rooted in the concept of "Giving more than We take."

Our aspiration revolves around shaping the lives of our local stakeholders. Currently, we manage renewable energy projects across eight locations in the interior part of India. Our dedicated teams consistently display proactive commitment in executing our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, with a primary focus on education, healthcare, environmental sustainability, and hygiene. We aim to address the challenges faced by the developing part of our nation.

The unwavering belief bestowed upon us by our local stakeholders serves as a continuous source of motivation to exceed expectations. This impels us to infuse innovation into all our endeavours, leaving a meaningful and enduring impact on our stakeholders. Moreover, we are honoured to have received the Mahindra Rise Award for Best Employee Social Options (ESOPs) on a group level within the Mahindra organization. This recognition pertains to our "Gyandeep" program, which has already positively influenced over 25,000 students across the country. In the fiscal year 2022, we undertook the comprehensive refurbishment of two schools in the Gajner district of Rajasthan, benefiting more than 600 students. This year, our efforts expand to include four additional schools, focusing on holistic transformation encompassing hygiene, infrastructure, and state-of-the-art STEM labs, designed to inspire and empower the youth of our nation.

We envision a future where our impact programs will touch even more lives, creating transformative experiences in the years to come.
