Puneet Renjhen is a non-executive director of Mahindra Susten Private Limited. He is also a member of the Group Executive Board of the Mahindra Group. In his role, Puneet serves as a Director for New Delhi Centre For Sight Limited, Swaraj Engines Limited & Brainbees Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Previously, Puneet spent around 19 years in investment banking, primarily in organisations such as Kotak Mahindra, Lazard, Avendus Capital, Citibank and Standard Chartered, and worked in their London, Singapore and Mumbai offices. During his Investment Banking career, Puneet advised both global and Indian corporations on financing, advisory and capital market transactions of greater than $25 billion. As part of the Mahindra group, Puneet has led the formation of partnerships in multiple climate friendly businesses such as British International Investment’s investment in Mahindra & Mahindra’s Four Wheel Passenger Electric Vehicles Business, Ontario Teachers’ strategic partnership in the renewable energy space & investment in Mahindra Susten, etc. Puneet holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from the Indian School of Business in Hyderabad and has completed executive education courses at the Harvard Business School and London Business School.
